About the Role Here’s a brief look at what you’ll do:

Sales Training:

You will lead the delivery of comprehensive and engaging sales training for our field BDMs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

Individual Coaching:

Provide personal coaching and mentoring, giving tailored feedback and support so your team members can reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.

On-site Support:

Spend 4 days a week with our Sales Managers in the field, providing hands‑on assistance, observing customer interactions, and giving real‑time feedback to boost sales effectiveness.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement region-specific sales strategies that align with overall business goals and maximize sales performance.

Performance Evaluation:

Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to track individual and team progress and identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Training Material Development:

Collaborate with the L&D Manager to create and enhance training materials, resources, and tools, keeping them up-to-date with evolving sales requirements.
