Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using

Java and Kotlin

Contribute to

architecture decisions

and implement robust, enterprise-grade solutions

Build and enhance

AI-driven conversational platforms and services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Drive

innovation initiatives , bringing new ideas and approaches to the team

Ensure high-quality code through best practices, testing, and code reviews

Work within cloud-native environments, primarily on

Azure

Inspire both technical teams and business stakeholders with forward-looking solutions

Required Skills&Experience

8–10 years of hands-on development experience

Strong expertise in

Java and Kotlin

Deep understanding of

Java architecture and advanced Java concepts

Proven experience with

Spring Boot

and microservices architecture

Experience working on

Azure Cloud

Solid understanding of software design principles and scalable system design

Strong communication skills in English

Proactive mindset with a strong

learning attitude and innovation spirit

Nice to Have

Experience in

AI/ML or conversational platforms

Exposure to

agentic AI systems or chatbot frameworks

Background as a

Senior Java Developer in enterprise environments
