Job Description Your role in the journey As Doormann, you are the first impression of our hotel— a warm welcome, a helping hand, and a trusted guide.

You ensure smooth arrivals and departures, while creating a sense of ease and elegance for every guest.

Your Responsibilities Include

Greeting guests with a smile and assisting with luggage and valet parking.

Coordinating guest arrivals and departures, including taxi arrangements.

Keeping the entrance and lobby area pristine and inviting.

Escorting guests to their rooms and assisting VIPs with personalized service.

Staying alert to guest needs and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Qualifications What you’ll bring

A valid driving license.

A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.

A proactive and service-oriented attitude.

Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

Flexibility to work day, evening and night shifts.

Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Previous hotel experience is a bonus.
