We develop smart software solutions to protect businesses, particularly banks and other financial institutions, from cyberattacks such as online fraud and malicious software (malware). Who are you? We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Intern to join our team in Amsterdam.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in technology and cybersecurity, and eager to gain experience in this dynamic sector.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
Proactive, independent, and willing to take initiative.
Seeking an internship where you will learn and actively contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Preferred
Interest in HR operations and recruitment.
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Previous internship or project experience in HR or administration (nice to have, not mandatory).
Responsibilities As an HR Intern at ThreatFabric, you will contribute to various HR projects and tasks in an environment where your input truly matters. You will work with a young and energetic team of colleagues, including team leaders from finance, RISK, and our Lead HR, Rick.
Onboarding:
Assist in improving the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcome and can quickly integrate from their first day.
Employee Experience:
Work with the team on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Culture Development:
Contribute ideas on how to further develop and strengthen the company culture.
HR Administration:
Assist with daily HR tasks, such as maintaining personnel files and other administrative duties.
Performance Cycle Optimization:
Help improve our review and development cycles so employees can reach their full potential.
Policy Writing:
Assist in drafting and integrating new HR policies into our Handbook.
Absence Management:
Gain insight into how we support employees who are ill, in line with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act.
Labor Legislation:
Get a glimpse into the legal side of HR, such as drafting contracts and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Support interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate and employee records in Personio.
What you will learn
End‑to‑end recruitment coordination.
HR systems and workflows (Personio, Confluence).
Employee onboarding and HR operations.
Internal documentation and process structuring.
Exposure to HR projects and employee experience initiatives.
