As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant, you will: Lead end-to-end configuration and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll, specifically for Netherlands (NL) payroll. Investigate and resolve payroll issues, including tax, arrears, and replication-related errors. Perform schema and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) changes as per business requirements.Manage and enhance wage type configurations and payroll processes. Analyze and troubleshoot point-to-point replication issues between systems. Support inbound and outbound payroll interfaces. Conduct HRSP (HR Support Package) impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities. Work on Payroll Control Center operations and issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and payroll-related enhancements. Support data migration and transformations using LSMW where required. What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll. Proven hands-on experience in Netherlands (NL) Payroll end-to-end configuration. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and tax configurations. Experience with payroll integrations, including point-to-point replication and interfaces. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll integration. Experience in Payroll Control Center and HRSP activities.You should possess the ability to:

Diagnose and resolve complex payroll and tax-related issues efficiently. Interpret business requirements and translate them into payroll configurations. Perform detailed impact analysis and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Handle payroll discrepancies such as arrears and retro calculations.Work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
