Your role in the journey

As Housekeeping&Quality Supervisor,

you’ll lead the Room Attendants with clarity and care, ensuring every space is pristine

and every guest feels at home. Your responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily cleaning operations and team schedules. Conducting quality inspections to uphold Anantara’s high standards. Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies. Supporting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the guest experience. Coaching and guiding team members to deliver consistent excellence.

What you’ll bring

A hands-on mindset and a natural eye for detail. Experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A flexible and proactive attitude. Experience working with diverse teams and cultures. Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
