As an Online Marketeer / Performance Marketeer, you are responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads through data‑driven digital marketing. You will own and optimize our digital performance across websites, SEO, GEO, SEA, and paid social, with a strong focus on conversion, scalability, and ROI. A key project in this role is the relaunch and ongoing optimization of our website(s), ensuring they support international positioning, lead generation, and conversion goals.Key Responsibilities
Website&Conversion Optimization
Own website performance across multiple domains and countries Lead and contribute to the website relaunch, including structure, messaging, UX, and conversion setup Optimize user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels (CRO) Analyze behavior using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing toolsCollaborate with marketing team to improve engagement and conversion rates SEO&GEO
Develop and execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) Optimize content for discoverability in search engines and AI‑driven platforms (GEO) Perform keyword research aligned with B2B decision‑making journeys Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility across markets SEA&Paid Media
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts Set up and scale paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, and others where relevant) Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize lead quality Continuously test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages Data, Reporting&Performance Management
Define KPIs for lead generation, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders Translate data insights into actionable optimizations Ensure GDPR‑compliant tracking and consent management Strategy&Collaboration
Develop integrated performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals Align closely with sales on lead quality, scoring, and funnel performance Support international growth across multiple European markets Manage and challenge external agencies and suppliers where applicable Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in online / performance marketing in a B2B environment Proven experience with SEO, GEO, SEA, and paid social advertising Strong experience in website optimization and conversion rate optimization Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag ManagerAnalytical mindset with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality Experience in marketing complex services or knowledge‑driven products Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a strong plus) Nice to Have
Experience in consulting, innovation, technology, or funding/subsidy environments Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) Experience working in international or multi‑brand organizations Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing What We Offer
