Customer Support Associate (Dutch Speaking), Amsterdam

About the role Customer Delight Associate– support Dutch, English, and occasionally German customers for bloomon and Bloom&Wild brands.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers through email, WhatsApp, and phone using Zendesk.

Resolve customer issues, provide support to teammates on Slack, and perform administrative duties.

Attend company and team meetings, give feedback, meet with manager for performance reviews and growth.

Work flexible shifts between 09:00-22:30 Monday-Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays.

Coordinate Dutch deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers updated.

Handle occasional German email queue in English or Dutch.

Prepare for and participate in occasional evening and weekend shifts.

What we’re looking for

Fluent Dutch (verbal and written) and English communication skills.

Background in customer service preferred.

Comfortable working towards quality and productivity targets.

Solution-oriented, friendly, and empathetic attitude.

Proactive, can-do mindset.

Available part-time or full-time (24+ hours).

Hybrid role based in Amsterdam.
