Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid / Senior Level), Amsterdam

About the job At Cutr we're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our product team. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Cutr, you’ll help reinvent how designers and wood manufacturers collaborate—building tools that make manufacturing easier, faster, and more sustainable. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll write clean and functional code on the front and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development&product teams to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. You'll write reusable and maintainable code. You'll also perform UI tests to optimize performance. Ultimately, your work will have direct impact on the stability and user experience of our products.

Technical Stack

Frontend: Vue.js and React.js

Backend: Node.js (Express), PostgreSQL

Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes

Location: Amsterdam or remote in Central European Timezone

Full-time (5 days/week); no part-time arrangements

About you

You have ~5+ years of full-time software engineering experience (or equivalent proven expertise).

You leverage AI tools daily to accelerate your workflow, from prototyping to production. You know how to get high-quality code shipped fast with AI.

You are comfortable with front-end and back-end languages, and have worked with JavaScript, databases, web servers, and designers.

You have experience with testing and debugging.

You are analytical and good at time management.

You have great communication and problem-solving skills.

You are ambitious and want to quickly grow your career at an early stage venture-backed startup. If you’ve been a founder or early team member before, even better.
