Responsibilities As our

Business Controller– Performance&Execution , you are at the heart of our financial and operational decision-making. You don’t just analyze data, you turn insights into action and drive measurable improvements across the organization.

Boost profitability and margins: Perform detailed analyses, own the implementation of decisions and improve forecasting, planning and utilization models

Drive revenue growth: Optimize our training offerings, pricing and schedules and support expansion into new geographies

Build data-driven tools: Design, develop and refine dashboards, models and analytical tools to empower better decision-making

Challenge and improve: Actively question existing processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance performance

Qualifications

Experience in business control, financial control or performance management

Hands‑on experience with financial systems (e.g., Exact, NetSuite, SAP) and operational/booking tools

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on outcomes over perfection

Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, automation or data visualization

A solid understanding of business and operational processes
