Job Description Do you have a passion for customer satisfaction and experience as a Customer Support Officer in a service-oriented organization? Are you someone who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service?
Location Headquarters in Amsterdam. The role is to serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers in the Offshore, Maritime, and Renewable industries.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, delivering exceptional support and guidance.
Process bookings and requests efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments to provide solutions.
Advise customers on our services and collaborate with management to improve processes.
Experience&Skills
Proven experience as a Customer Support Officer or in a similar role within a service-oriented organization.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of the Offshore, Maritime or Renewable industries is a strong advantage.
Hands‑on experience with customer service tools, CRM systems or booking platforms.
Mindset
