Job Role
Fairphone is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager (German‑speaking) to support the Brand&Marketing team in effectively promoting our message across the marketing channels of our commercial partners towards B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and run a strong, engaging channel marketing strategy for our B2C sales partners, tracking and optimizing results.
Plan, develop and evaluate marketing activities with partners across their channels (online presence, store activations, paid visibility).
Plan, develop and potentially lead training for resellers and their salesforce, including agencies.
Push sell‑out through quarterly plans and establish successful long‑term relationships with key accounts.
Provide commercial partners with brand and product information and consumer insights, in close collaboration with internal teams.
Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop materials and creative assets.
Analyze and report on key marketing KPIs from resellers.
Ensure accurate and timely budget management.
Lead partner events and industry fairs in the territory.
Work closely with Account Managers for the country plan.
Skills&Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in trade marketing, channel marketing or equivalent.
Passion for marketing and knowledge of sales and marketing channels; up‑to‑date with industry trends.
Data‑driven decision making.
Experience working with commercial partners and applying strategy to account objectives.
Hands‑on, organized with strong planning skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in multi‑disciplinary and international teams.
Confidence in leading projects and negotiations with external stakeholders at senior level.
Familiarity with macOS, Google Workspace and CRMs is preferred.
