Your Role As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for people who urgently need help. You’ll speak with callers and chat users to quickly assess their situation and determine the right assistance, whether that’s contacting the police after a break‑in or arranging roadside support for a flat tire on the highway. This role requires confidence, decisiveness, and empathy; you will actswiftly and effectively without losing your human touch, listening carefully, remaining professional, and ensuring every customer receives the right solution as quickly as possible. phone and chat , so it’s essential that you

speak and write French, Italian, and English

fluently. A

Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

is required and must be submitted within six weeks.

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You

Fluent in French, Italian, and English (French and Italian at C1–B2 level, English at B2 level – mandatory)

No problem working in shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Willing to work 100% onsite at our location in Amsterdam

Have a degree in CPR or knowledge of police, fire, or other emergency response

Have experience in providing emergency response or communications

Have experience with MS Office and Google Maps
