Customer Delight Associate– Responsibilities Provide customer support for Bloom&Wild and bloomon brands, handling queries in Dutch and English via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Work across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, coordinating Dutch deliveries and communicating with logistics partners to keep customers informed.
Use Zendesk for ticket management, Slack for internal collaboration, and complete associated administrative duties. Attend company and team meetings, share feedback, and participate in performance evaluations with your manager.
Work flexible shifts between 09:00 and 22:30, Monday‑Sunday, including evenings and weekends. At least one evening shift per week is required. The role is hybrid with a base in Amsterdam.
Qualifications&Skills
Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch (fluent) and English.
Background in a customer‑service role is a plus.
Comfortable meeting quality and productivity targets.
Solution‑oriented, friendly, and proactive with a can‑do attitude.
Available for part‑time or full‑time (24+ hours per week).
Hybrid working model based in Amsterdam.
