Based in The Hague, Netherlands you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO's Digital Endeavour. You will join the Chief People Office (CPO) that provides a solution‑oriented service ensuring strategic human capital insight is executed to enhance timely and effective decision making to achieve the overall Agency's goals and strategy. CPO establishes and administers policies, guidance and the best practices across workforce management, talent acquisition, talent management and staff services.We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrative Assistant who will take on the following roles and responsibilities: Act as central administrator in the area of HR Staff Services in relation to key process and policies Ensures completion of all HR Employee Lifecycle administration tasks in line with service level agreement (SLA)Maintain efficient delivery of individual key performance indicators (KPIs) Escalates and supports resolution of complex HR queries For a full list of duties, please review the job description on the NCIA career site. The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are: Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 1 years post‑related experience preferably in Human Resources. Or a secondary educational qualification with 3 years post‑related experience preferable in Human ResourcesIdeally a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Excellent experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) Fluency in English, both written and spoken What we offer
