develops and produces perfumes and also handles worldwide distribution of its products. The company operates with a small team from its office and warehouse in the east of Amsterdam. SnotBV is looking for two Customer Care and Order Processing Specialists to join the team.

Position Customer Care and Order Processing Specialist (full-time)

Responsibilities

Checking and processing all incoming B2B and B2C sales orders.

Providing relevant instructions to the in‑house warehouse team related to order handling and packing.

Handling incoming and outgoing communications with clients and partners.

Adapting to new tasks or processes that may arise regularly.

Qualifications

Experience in online customer service and/or online order processing.

Excellent understanding of the English language.

Good Excel skills (or willingness to learn).

Strong general computer skills; familiarity with multiple systems.

Problem solver.

Precise, stress‑resistant, and structured multitasker.

Resides in or around Amsterdam.

Additional Skills A good comprehension of the Dutch or Italian language is a plus.

Benefits

Full‑time position – 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (part‑time is negotiable).
