As an Assistant Executive Chef (f/m/d), you support the Executive Chef in leading the daily kitchen operation while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Your Role at a Glance
Lead and supervise your kitchen section and support the Executive Chef.
Ensure high‑quality preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes.
Organize daily operations, assign tasks, and monitor workflow and quality.
Maintain strong communication with the service team, especially during busy operations and events.
Train, guide, and support new colleagues, students, and apprentices.
Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and improvement of work methods.
Manage ordering, stock control, and deliveries according to FIFO.
Safeguard HACCP, safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times.
What Makes You a Great Fit

You have at least two years of experience as a Sous Chef and a passion for high‑quality cuisine.
Busy service doesn’t stress you out; you stay calm and ensure quality in every dish.
You’re proactive, curious, and love bringing new ideas to the kitchen.
You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
