Overview

The role As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building PAAM’s presence in the Dutch market from the ground up and enabling future expansion into Belgium. This is a long-term employment role. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, close to customers, and in direct collaboration with PAAM’s organisation in Sweden.The role is highly field-based, involving extensive travel to and from customer sites. You can expect to spend approximately 4 days per week visiting customers, primarily as day trips rather than overnight travel, meeting clients on-site across the market. Key responsibilities

Build and develop PAAM’s customer base in the Netherlands Identify and drive new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking and meetings Conduct on-site meetings with customers at different organisational levels Drive direct, consultative B2B sales to end customers Act as PAAM’s local business builder and market representativeContribute to market development and, over time, help enable growth of the local team What PAAM offers

Formal education and specific industry background are less important than experience, mindset and personal drive.Language requirements

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) Fluent in English (spoken and written) English is the working language of the company.
