Mission Software Engineer, Amsterdam

The Mission Software Engineering team builds, deploys, integrates, extends, and scales Anduril’s software to deliver mission‑critical capabilities to our customers.

About the Job As a Mission Software Engineer in our new Netherlands office, you will help establish Anduril’s engineering presence across Europe and lead mission‑critical software development from the ground up. You will design, develop, and deploy complex mission software solutions that enable third‑party systems to integrate with Anduril products, tackling intricate technical problems and makingpragmatic engineering trade‑offs.

What You’ll Do

Championship for Anduril capabilities within customer environments.

Develop architecture and mission vignettes.

Iterate on core data mesh technology to optimize performance over degraded networks.

Develop connectors and APIs for legacy and cutting‑edge systems to integrate with Lattice.

Deploy software to non‑standard environments.

Create data‑flow pipelines that span horizontally and vertically across disparate networked systems and security domains.

Required Qualifications

Strong engineering background from industry or academia, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.

Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis.

Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.

Experience working in a customer‑facing role.

A desire to work on critical software with real‑world impact.

Willingness to travel to client sites.

Eligible for NATO clearance.
