Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead for a 9-month contract opportunity. This is an exciting chance for you to leverage your techno-functional expertise in the Financial Services sector to drive project success and deliver outstanding results for our clients.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements. Work across both functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and enhance business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.Provide guidance and support during various project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing. Identify and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions.Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations. Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries. Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM.Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.What We Offer
