For this next chapter, we are seeking a CFO who brings structure, clarity and strategic sharpness, without slowing momentum or entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Description As Statutory CFO, you will join the executive leadership team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's next stage of growth. This is explicitly not a maintenance CFO position. You will step into a business where continued expansion requires strong financial leadership, disciplined decision making and scalable structures.

You will further develop a finance function that not only controls the business, but actively supports strategic decision making, investment priorities and sustainable profitability.

In addition, you will act as a trusted sparring partner to the leadership team, shareholders and investors. You understand when acceleration is needed and when financial discipline becomes critical.

You will lead an international finance organisation of 40+ professionals across FP&A, treasury, accounting and audit, while strengthening reporting, forecasting, cashflow management and internal governance.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the finance organisation (40+ FTE), including control, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, investor relations, risk and audit

Further develop a scalable finance organisation and strong internal governance structures

Strengthen forecasting capabilities, cashflow management and financial steering

Safeguard sustainable growth within a capital intensive international environment

Advise leadership and stakeholders on investments, scalability and long term value creation

Maintain relationships with investors, financing partners and external stakeholders

Balance entrepreneurial ambition with financial discipline and operational focus

Bring clarity, structure and prioritisation within a dynamic and evolving organisation

The Successful Applicant We are looking for a CFO with experience in fast growing international organisations&scale ups, preferably within capital intensive sectors.

You combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You understand how organisations scale, can navigate complexity and know how to introduce structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

In addition, you bring:

Experience as CFO or senior finance executive within a scale up, growth business and complex international environment

Proven track record in guiding organisations towards profitability and greater financial maturity

Strong exposure to investor relations, funding and capital structures

Leadership experience in building, developing and guiding big high performing finance teams

The ability to operate effectively in environments where priorities, complexity and growth continuously evolve?

Confidence operating at board level while staying closely connected to the business

Affinity with sustainability and long-term value creation
