Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding marketplace services, orders, payments, and account management in Dutch

Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and dispute resolution

Provide clear information about product listings, marketplace policies, and promotions

Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless customer service

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience

Requirements

Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential

A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
