to lead our HR operations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across the country. As a strategic partner, you will oversee and optimize the full range of
Hire-to-Retire processes , ensuring alignment to standards while respecting local peculiarities. You will play a pivotal role in promoting HR business service excellence and driving operational efficiency. The position is located in
Amsterdam , directly reporting to
Country Cluster Leader DACH and North-East. Local
presence
(3 days office work in Amsterdam, Westpoort) and
Dutch language
are important to fulfil the core responsibilities. Your Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Service Excellence
Oversee and streamline the country’s
hire-to-retire
operations, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company standards while respecting local nuances. Supporting a defined group of employees directly with delivering excellent HR Services to that group of people. Foster a culture of
continuous improvement
by driving HR process optimization and introducing innovative solutions. Leverage
Operational Excellence
knowledge and HR Shared Services to continuously optimize and improve HR processes. Lead workforce restructuring initiatives and manage
employee and labor relations
to ensure compliance and a smooth transition during organizational changes. Lead
project deployment
for country-specific initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment. People, Organization, Stakeholder Management
Drive alignment and effectiveness within the regional HR team
as a people manager , offering leadership, coaching, and development opportunities. Build and sustain strong relationships with key
stakeholders
across leadership and HR to ensure alignment, collaboration, and mutual support for HR service excellence. SBU Strategy Implementation
Support and drive the implementation of the
SBU strategy
focused on performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) . What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. 7+ years in operative and strategic HR roles acquired, ideally related to industrial and sales activities. Effective Stakeholder Management and ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Proven experience inOperational Leadership and managing HR processes, preferably in a complex and diverse organization. Direct Management experience would be appreciated. In-depth knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, labor relations, and restructuring initiatives. Experience in negotiating with Unions and Work Councils (CLA).Continuous Improvement mindset. Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands. Lean Six Sigma certification would be an advantage.
