The Les Deux Journey&The Role We’re looking for a dedicated, full‑time team member based locally, and ready to drive, build, and elevate Les Deux’ presence across the Netherlands.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need the drive and energy to travel across the country and be regularly active in the field. You’ll also be responsible for selling four collections per year. We show up not just during sell‑in, but also when products need to sell through in stores. We visit our customers, support them with window displays, merchandising, and events. It’s a partnership, and we know that close collaboration leads to better results.
What You Actually Will Be Doing
Take ownership of your seasonal sales budget and deliver strong sell‑in performance.
Grow existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Present our collections in our showroom in Amsterdam 2–4 times per year and conduct key account visits for follow‑ups and mid‑season drops.
Build long‑term, trust‑based customer relationships through continuous communication and 3–6 visits per account annually.
Deliver engaging collection presentations with deep product knowledge and clear brand storytelling.
Stay connected to the market by tracking trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior and share insights internally.
Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out performance to unlock growth potential.
Oversee order handling, delivery coordination, and follow‑ups together with our internal teams.
Plan and manage travel efficiently (60–80 travel days annually within NL plus occasional international meetings).
What You Bring To The Table
At least three years of experience in wholesale fashion sales or managing accounts.
Shows initiative and a strong business sense, with excellent negotiation skills.
Works independently, stays organized, and is dedicated to delivering measurable outcomes.
Skilled at developing professional relationships and has sharp analytical abilities regarding sales performance.
Is genuinely passionate about fashion, retail, and nurturing valuable partnerships.
Has thorough knowledge of the Dutch retail industry and is well‑acquainted with market trends.
Fluent in Dutch and English and a valid driver’s license.
