Are you an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional who loves driving growth across both existing and new customer relationships? At Colt, we’re looking for a high‑performing Account Executive to accelerate revenue across a portfolio of active accounts, dormant relationships, and high‑value new logo prospects within the Netherlands.In this role, you’ll take ownership of a strategically important territory where significant untapped potential exists. You’ll also be supported by a Business Development Representative who will focus on outbound outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting. This is the ideal position for someone who excels at balancing account management with proactive hunting, thrives in complex enterprise environments, and enjoys creating long‑term value.What you will do
Grow&Develop Existing Accounts
Manage and expand a portfolio of active enterprise accounts, increasing penetration and driving incremental revenue. Build multi‑level relationships to unlock cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across Colt’s full portfolio. Identify and revive under‑utilised or inactive accounts, developing tailored re‑engagement strategies to convert them into active, high‑value customers.Rebuild trust and reposition Colt as a strategic partner. Lead targeted new logo acquisition efforts across the Netherlands enterprise market. Leverage support from a dedicated BDR for prospecting, outbound campaigns, and meeting generation. Develop compelling value propositions to open doors and convert new opportunities.Drive Strategic Customer Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite leaders and enterprise decision makers. Lead consultative sales cycles across Colt’s portfolio (cloud, networking, SD‑WAN, security, voice, and digital infrastructure). Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and shape winning pursuit strategies.Ensure Operational Excellence
Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, delivery, and service teams to ensure seamless execution. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.). What we’re looking for
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Proven success in enterprise account management and new business development across telecoms, IT services, SaaS, or digital infrastructure. Experience growing existing accounts while running proactive acquisition motions. Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead complex, consultative sales engagements.A hybrid hunter‑farmer mindset — equally comfortable nurturing relationships and breaking into new accounts. Ability to influence and build credibility at executive level. Self‑starter with strategic thinking, resilience, and a passion for unlocking growth.
