Your impact This is not a traditional assistant role.

You will act as a key partner to the CEO, ensuring focus, clarity, and execution at the highest level, while also contributing to commercial insights and strategic initiatives.

You will:

Be at the center of decision‑making

Gain visibility across all key business areas

Take ownership of high‑impact projects

Help shape how the company grows and performs

What you’ll do CEO Office&Executive Partnership

Act as a trusted right hand to the CEO

Prepare high‑quality materials for board and leadership meetings

Ensure follow‑through on strategic priorities

Coordinate communication with senior stakeholders and investors

Manage sensitive topics with full discretion and professionalism

Lead and deliver CEO‑driven strategic projects

Commercial&Strategic Insights

Analyze business performance and translate data into clear recommendations

Build dashboards and reports that drive decision‑making

Support pricing strategies and evaluate commercial opportunities

Identify improvements using data and AI‑driven tools

Act as a sparring partner on business and operational topics

Who you are You are proactive, analytical, and highly organized, and you enjoy being close to where decisions are made.

You bring:

A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar

Experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or executive support

Strong analytical skills (Excel; BI tools are a plus)

Confidence working with senior stakeholders

A high level of discretion and professionalism

Interest in AI and data‑driven decision‑making

Fluency in English and Dutch
