Your Mission As
Junior Product Manager , you will report to the
Product Manager
within the Product Management team and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and HCM (Japan). The Junior Product Manager plays a key role, contributing to market intelligence, competitor research, product comparisons, and structured feedback towards HCM. You will support Product Managers in preparing sales tools, documentation, and training materials, and assist Marketing with sales publications and market communication. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their product management career who wants to develop into a full Product Manager position over time.
Your role encompasses:
Market and Competitive Intelligence:
Gathering and structuring market, competitor, and customer insight.
Product Lifecycle:
Supporting Product Managers across the product lifecycle.
Sales&Marketing Enablement:
Supporting the creation of sales manuals, publications, and training content.
Analysis&Documentation:
Translating market input into clear documentation and feedback towards HCM.
Cross‑functional Collaboration:
Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on Market and Customer Insight.
What You’ll Be Doing Market, Competitor&Trend Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments in construction machinery.
Conduct competitor research and benchmarking (specifications, features, performance, pricing, positioning).
Support and execute comparison tests, machine evaluations, and field trials where applicable.
Analyze regional market activities and dealer feedback to identify gaps and opportunities.
Structure findings into clear reports, presentations, and internal summaries.
Support to Product Management
Support Product Managers in maintaining product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and structuring dealer, customer, and market feedback.
Prepare structured feedback documents, business cases, and improvement proposals towards HCM.
Support roadmap preparation, product updates, and internal alignment documents.
Sales&Marketing Support
Support the creation and maintenance of sales manuals, product guides, and option overviews.
Work closely with the Marketing team on sales publications, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product positioning.
Support new product introductions (NPI) with content preparation and internal communication.
Training&Knowledge Sharing
Support the preparation and execution of internal and dealer product trainings.
Assist in creating training materials for Sales, Marketing, and dealer organizations.
Participate in dealer events, demonstrations, and training sessions where required.
Communication&Coordination
Act as a point of support for internal stakeholders on product‑related questions.
Coordinate information flow between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and HCM.
Support meetings, workshops, and presentations related to product and market topics.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ year of relevant experience in product management, marketing, sales support, or market analysis (experience in construction machinery or technical products is a plus).
Strong interest in construction equipment, technology, and market analysis.
Strong analytical and structuring skills.
Ability to translate technical and market information into clear documentation.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in an international environment.
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Regular travel to customer sites, dealers, and manufacturing locations (domestic and international).
What We Offer
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 53 000 euros and 84 000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
