A day in the life of a Squad Master / Product Owner

Você will be at the helm of reinventing our current account packs, a flagship project that redefines how we create value for customers. Key responsibilities

Manage squad’s backlog and lead feature intakes, daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and stakeholder communication. Deep dive into current account content and become the next ING expert. Shape product decisions with a customer‑centric approach while respecting ING’s risk appetite. Define business requirements for new account packs, support discovery&delivery and collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, UX and other stakeholders. Drive the squad to deliver high‑value features and maintain a strong drive for continuous improvement. Success habits

Take a role with high visibility and exposure. Interact with many stakeholders across ING. Put your leadership qualities to the test. Be independent while contributing to ING’s strategic goals. The Current Accounts squad consists of product CJE’s, a mix of experienced colleagues and professionals – 50% men, 50% women – who own all business processes for current accounts and work closely with discovery squads and IT.Required skills
