The Role

As Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that AI and Microsoft cloud projects are delivered

on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality . You will translate strategy into execution by applying a clear delivery methodology and guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex implementations. This role requires someone who understands

modern AI implementations, agentic development workflows, and Microsoft cloud technologies , and who can confidently manage both

low-code (Power Platform)

and

pro-code engineering teams

across regions. You will act as the key link between

strategy, product, engineering, and customer stakeholders , ensuring alignment and a smooth delivery experience from start to finish.

What You Bring

Experience managing

AI, cloud, or digital transformation projects Strong functional understanding of: Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Modern AI concepts and workflows Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams A structured, delivery-focused mindset with strong planning capabilitiesProactive approach to risk management and problem solving Willing to travel accros Germany Speaking German and English fluently is a big plus
