Join us as a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A and play a pivotal role in shaping company-wide financial strategy and performance. About the Role In this high-impact position, you will drive corporate-level financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you’ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide key business decisions.You’ll also lead a talented FP&A team and help evolve best-in-class processes, tools, and analytics across the organization. What You’ll Do Lead company-wide financial planning and forecasting cycles (revenue, expenses, and KPIs) Own consolidation of financial plans across business units, ensuring alignment and consistencyDeliver variance analysis, performance insights, and executive-level reporting Provide scenario modeling and strategic recommendations to leadership Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies Partner with stakeholders across the business to steer performance and support decision-making Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working in a complex, international environment Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders Expertise with financial systems (ERP, BI tools, SQL, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership capabilitiesShape financial strategy at a global, corporate level
