Inspire and motivate a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring task distribution, work supervision, and continuous training. Create a positive work atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and friendly service.Handle customer interactions and resolve issues with a positive and proactive attitude. Actively participate in restaurant operations: cash register, dining area, kitchen, orders, etc. Oversee the restaurant's daily administrative management. Your Profile
Experience in the restaurant industry and/or team management is preferred. Dynamic and business-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills. Organized and stress-resistant, able to find quick solutions. Punctual and flexible, available from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. What We Offer
