About the role As the Procurement Manager for Raw Materials, you’ll drive the sourcing strategies that keep our business running—ensuring we secure what we need, when we need it, at the best value. Your decisions will shape our global operations and contribute to smart, ethical procurement practices.

You’ll be part of Vestacy’s transformation as a newly standalone company carved out from Reckitt.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials across multiple categories.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that support cost, quality, sustainability, and innovation goals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long‑term agreements to secure optimal value.

Monitor market trends, risks, and cost drivers to support forecasting and decision‑making.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Contribute to creating an agile, empowered procurement function that supports growth and operational excellence.

The experience we're looking for

At least 5 years of work experience.

Background in procurement, especially within commodities in a global context (knowledge in chemistry is a plus).

Proven track record in developing and executing strategic procurement with tangible results.

Keen negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage contracts and suppliers effectively.

Analytical approach, able to evaluate market trends to aid in strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication skills, facilitating collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

Excellent English skills required; other languages are a plus.
