About the role Want to launch your sales career and actually learn how to sell— for real? This is the perfect entry‑level role if you want to master prospecting, build strong commercial skills, and grow into a high‑performing sales professional.
You’ll be on the phone daily, booking high‑quality meetings for our channel partners across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. At the same time, Aquablu will invest heavily in you: through hands‑on coaching, AI‑powered tools that remove busywork, and clear growth paths into more senior commercial roles.
This role is fast‑paced, people‑facing, and very hands‑on. You’ll learn by doing — and by getting better every single week.
What you’ll do
Run targeted outbound campaigns
across the Dutch market— phone, email, LinkedIn, and social
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and
book high‑quality discovery meetings
Partner with AEs and channel managers to
build account plans for priority Dutch accounts
Use
data and CRM
insight to prioritise outreach and report on pipeline health
Feed market intelligence
back into marketing, product, and sales leadership
Represent Aquablu:
join partner events
and trade shows across the Netherlands
Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge for Dutch prospects—
fluency in Dutch is essential
About you
Comfortable on the phone : Rejection doesn’t scare you — it motivates you
Experience : Outbound sales, customer‑facing, hospitality, or similar roles
Fluent in
Dutch (required)
and English; other European languages are a big plus
Based in the Netherlands, close to Amsterdam
Hungry to grow : You see this role as a launchpad for your sales career
Highly coachable : You actively seek feedback and apply it
Resilient&self‑driven : You own your targets and bounce back from tough days
Strong communicator : You build rapport quickly and represent Aquablu professionally
How you’ll grow This role is a launchpad for your sales career. You’ll quickly build strong fundamentals in cold calling, qualification, and discovery through daily practice and hands‑on coaching. After 12–18 months, you’ll be ready to grow into roles like Account Executive, Partner Management,or other commercial positions at Aquablu.
Benefits€36k – €42k base salary (incl. holiday allowance)
70/30 OTE→ Total OTE €50k – €58k
Equity through our Aquablu for All plan— everyone shares in what we’re building
26 paid vacation days
Travel compensation>10km
Quarterly team events at our HQ in Amsterdam (Houthavens)
