Schedule: Part‑time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)
Duration: September 2026 – January 2027
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
The Three Paths Within the Hub
Solutions Engineering (The Technical Consultant)
Mission:
Act as a bridge between business problems and technical solutions, serving as a trusted advisor who helps customers understand the power of the Salesforce platform.
What You’ll Do:
Analyse how companies operate, identify pain points, and configure tailored product demonstrations that illustrate a better way to work.
Your Impact:
Master the discovery process, learn to ask the right questions and translate technical features into real‑world business value for Dutch organisations.
Ideal for:
Students with a tinkerer mindset who enjoy explaining complex ideas simply, love a good challenge, and wish to blend technical curiosity with a client‑facing career.
Background:
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems or adjacent disciplines.
Sales&Business Development (The Growth Driver)
Mission:
Serve as Salesforce’s front line, identifying new opportunities and building foundational relationships that fuel growth.
What You’ll Do:
Navigate the Dutch market, research key industries, and engage stakeholders to understand their digital needs.
Your Impact:
Master world‑class sales methodologies while helping local businesses become more customer‑centric.
Ideal for:
High‑energy, resilient communicators driven by goals and the thrill of opening new doors.

Alliances&Channels (The Strategic Connector)
Mission:

Gain a macro‑view of the industry, learning how a global leader scales through collaboration rather than direct competition.

Who You Are We are looking for students ready to balance studies with real‑world impact. To be eligible:
Current Student:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a university in Amsterdam.
Graduation Timeline:
On track to graduate in 2027.
Language Skills:
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
Availability:
Able to commit 20 hours per week (approximately 4 hours per day) from September 2026 through July 2027.
Interview kick‑off will begin in May 2026. If there is a match, we will contact you then to start your official Trailblazer journey.
