Role Description We are looking for a Product Designer to join our international R&D team. You will be working on a software product for the time-critical logistics space that will disrupt the industry and, in some cases, save lives. As the Product Designer, you will play a key role in Airspace’s global expansion, designing features that improve our ability to serve the time‑critical needs of customers worldwide.

Your role with us

Work side by side with software engineers, product managers, and other designers.

Dive deep into the logistics domain, analyze user behavior, and create smart product features.

Partner with stakeholders across operations, revenue, finance, etc. to ensure product design supports their needs.

Collaborate with Directors of Product and Engineering on roadmaps, priorities, and resource requirements.

Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of internal and external users.

Translate user insights and business goals into design concepts and solutions.

Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design ideas and flows.

Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to improve usability.

Shadow and interview users to identify top problem areas and validate impactful solutions.

Define feature requirements and write user stories to drive innovation.

Have at least 2 years experience as a product designer or in similar roles.

Possess deep customer empathy and uncover real problems.

Have experience defining detailed and well‑researched product features.

Enjoy helping teams deliver impactful user experiences.

Approach problems iteratively to solve them.

Understand priorities and time management.

Are confident in agile practices and using JIRA, Confluence, and Google G‑Suite.

Are familiar with Figma and Miro.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; English is mandatory, other EU languages a plus.
