Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Preferred qualifications

Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of the market landscape across traditional and digital media advertising. Grow the share of wallet of Google performance and branding products in a portfolio of advertisers. Lead the development and independent execution of strategic marketing plans that enable cross‑functional collaboration to position and implement the right Google solutions to meet our customers' business and marketing objectives, resulting in the adoption of the right products and features.Build relationships with senior performance leads, brand managers, media directors, and CMOs at the advertiser and their partner ecosystem. Influence across internal Google teams to address customer needs and deliver cohesive 'OneGoogle' solutions, leading multi‑region and cross‑product relationships.Translate top level Business, and marketing objectives to year round performance plans and own defend budgets during the cycle.
