Support hiring operations and help create a great candidate experience. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll support day-to-day recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and hiring operations while learning how modern Talent Acquisition teams work. you’re organized, curious, and ready to learn by doing, this is where you do it.
The role You will learn the ins and outs of Talent Acquisition. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll learn and support interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruiting coordination, and hiring administration across various hiring processes.
What you’ll do (by the end of your internship)
You support interview scheduling and candidate coordination across hiring processes
You help maintain accuracy across workflows, scheduling tools, and candidate tracking via our ATS, Ashby
You support sourcing, screening coordination, and recruiting process administration for intern hiring
You work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and People teams to keep hiring processes organized and moving forward
You contribute ideas that improve recruiting coordination and candidate experience
You support projects such as interview documentation, recruiting analytics tracking, employer branding initiatives, or onboarding improvements
How you’ll succeed We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll succeed by staying organized, communicating clearly, learning quickly, and bringing a proactive mindset to supporting hiring operations and candidate experience.

You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
