Who are you? 10+ years work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role, with the ambition and ability to lead teams, manage complex web projects, and drive digital innovation forward. Advanced backend skills using PHP, Node.js and Databases. Experience with at least one popular backend framework (Our stack: Laravel, Strapi.js).Strong knowledge developing and using APIs (REST, GraphQL etc.) and using tools like Postman. Experience using Linux and the command line. Experience on frontend using React.js and Next.js. Experience with CSS3 and Tailwind. Experience with WordPress is a plus. Experience with mobile development is a plus.Experience with web animations (Our stack: GSAP, Framer Motion) is a plus. Experience with WebGL and 3D development is a plus.

Nice to Have: Experience working in a digital creative agency or a fast-paced, innovative environment. Familiarity with web design and user experience principles. Familiarity with creating immersive WebGL-powered 3D web experiences, combined with a strong understanding of web design and user experience principles.
