Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced OT/IoT Security Engineer with strong expertise in OT service delivery, security operations, incident management, and industrial environment governance.
Key Skills Required:• OT/IoT Security • IT/OT Service Delivery Management • SLA/KPI Management • Incident, Change&Problem Management• SOC&Vulnerability Management• OT CMDB&Configuration Management• Security Standards&Compliance• OT Risk&Stability Management• Vendor&MSSP Management• Industrial/Plant Environment Support • OT Security Operations • Backup&Restore for PLC/Windows/Linux OT Systems• Secure Remote Access&Vendor Connectivity
Key Responsibilities:• Own end-to-end OT service health including incidents, changes, security, backup, and connectivity • Monitor KPIs, risk indicators, and service stability metrics • Lead root cause analysis for recurring OT incidents • Coordinate OT incidents across factories, IT, engineering, and cybersecurity teams• Govern risk-aware and secure changes within OT environments • Manage OT vendors, MSSPs, and integrators • Provide service performance and governance reporting to stakeholders • Drive continuous service improvement and operational maturity • Ensure OT security operations align with production, safety, and business objectives
