About the Role We are looking for a
Senior Product Designer
to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centric, and engaging digital experiences. This role focuses not only on functionality but also on delivering delight and meaningful value to users across diverse backgrounds. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including
engineering, product management, data science, and research
in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a key role in designing experiences that help users discover, start, and stay engaged with opportunities aligned to their goals. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end design processes, from concept to launch Create
wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes Solve complex UX problems with simple, elegant solutions Contribute to and evolve
design systems and frameworks Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders Present design concepts at various levels of fidelity Incorporate
user research insights
into design decisions Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data Identify new product opportunities and contribute to strategic thinking Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve design quality Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience designing
consumer-facing digital products Proficiency in
Figma
or similar design and prototyping tools Experience working in a collaborative
technology-driven environment Strong portfolio showcasing
UI/UX design work Preferred Qualifications Experience leading product design projects
end-to-end Strong skills in
UX, interaction design, and prototyping Ability to think in
systems and scalable frameworks Experience designing complex tools or workflows Strong
visual design skills , including micro-interactions Familiarity with modern design tools and eagerness to learn new technologies Experience with
service design or system design Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management capabilities Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Deep understanding of
user-centered design principles Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale Degree in
HCI, Design, or related field
