This role offers the chance to sit close to commercial decision making and see your analysis directly influence marketing strategy. You will work across the customer journey, helping teams move towards a more customer centric and data driven way of working while operating in a supportive, modern data environment.

Marketing and commercial teams are actively engaged in using data to improve performance, customer experience, and decision making.
The Role Analyse marketing and customer data to uncover actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support marketing performance tracking. Partner with marketing stakeholders to support evidence based commercial decisions. Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for non technical audiences.Contribute to improving data literacy and analytical maturity across the business.
Your Skills and Experience Hands on experience in data analysis within a commercial or marketing context. Strong SQL and Python capability for data extraction, analysis, and exploration. Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills.Comfortable working with imperfect or evolving data and still delivering value.
