The role You are the technical face of the company in the field. You deploy, configure, troubleshoot and support our systems at customer sites across Europe and beyond. You own your work end to end. You travel frequently, operate independently, and represent the company in front of military and government customers who expect competence and professionalism without exception.We are looking for people with the discipline to work without supervision, the resilience to handle setbacks without drama, and the drive to deliver even when the situation is unclear.

Hard requirements Proven Field Service Engineer experience. You have deployed and supported technical systems at customer sites and you can walk us through it in detail Solid networking and Linux skills. You configure, troubleshoot and own a networked system end to end without needing a manual Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and internationally, including at short noticeStrong English communication skills. You are clear, direct and professional under pressure with customers and colleagues A high work ethic and a self-starting mentality. You do not wait to be told what to do Resilient and adaptable. Environments change, plans fall apart, and you adjust without losing focus

What makes you stand out Background in defence, military or government security environments. This is a significant advantage and we will prioritise candidates with this experience Radio frequency (RF) knowledge, spectrum analysis or experience with wireless communications systems Experience operating in high-pressure, mission-critical environments where failure is not an optionUsed to working autonomously in unfamiliar locations with minimal support infrastructure around you
