Your Mission Organizations are investing heavily in AI within ERP systems—but struggle to scale it due to fragmented data and complex integrations. This internship tackles the

AI–ERP reality gap . You will work on a technical graduation project focused on: Designing or building a

prototype (POC)

for AI integration in

Dynamics 365 F&O Exploring how

AI agents (e.g., Copilot-like solutions)

can automate ERP tasks Investigating the role of

data quality, integrations, and governance

Core research question: How can an AI assistant within D365 F&O automate repetitive tasks, and what technical conditions are required to make it scalable and reliable? You’ll have the freedom to shape your project direction, for example: Build an AI agent automating a real ERP task Design a governance or human-in-the-loop model Focus on data readiness or process automation

You’ll define hypotheses, develop solutions, and validate them through experiments—guided by experts in our

D365 practice .
