About the role As Demand Marketing Manager you own the strategic story for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients and turn it into demand. You set the campaign direction and run it together with the rest of the team: LinkedIn Ads, founder brand programs, website optimization, case studies, live events, email, and whatever else moves the needle. You're the connective tissue between the client's growth goals and the people building the work.
What you'll work on:
Campaign development:
turning client positioning into a concrete demand plan. Messaging, channels, audiences, and a timeline the whole team can execute against. Paid media management:
setting up, monitoring, and iterating campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google. For our largest accounts you'll partner with our Paid Media Manager. ABM campaigns:
running account-based plays for clients that warrant it. Target lists, channel mix, sales alignment, the full motion. Project management:
keeping the client's marketing lead, sales team, and (often) founders pointed in the same direction, and making sure our internal team has what it needs to ship. Reporting:
turning campaign data into clear next moves, not just dashboards.
About you You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS marketing. In roles like Growth Marketing Manager, Demand Gen Manager, Performance Marketer, or all-round B2B marketer. You're comfortable making the call on where to spend, what to test, and when to kill something. You speak fluent Dutch and good English. You're not afraid to challenge clients when their plan doesn't add up.
How we're organized You work in one of our multidisciplinary teams. The group consists of a strategist (you), a paid media expert, a RevOps manager, content&product marketing, and creatives. Together you're responsible for the success of a client portfolio. The week starts with the Weekly All-Hands. After that it's fast Slack threads, bi-weekly client check-ins, and time to go deep on the work.
