Customer Service Representative, Amsterdam

As a Greenlight Expert, you are the face of Uber for drivers and delivery partners. You support partners through in-person and digital interactions, helping them succeed on the platform. Your role is to provide clear guidance, solve issues efficiently, and create a welcoming experience in the Greenlight Hub.

You combine customer service, operational thinking, and problem-solving to help driver partners get on the road quickly and keep their businesses running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Provide in-person and virtual support to Uber driver and delivery partners at the Greenlight Hub. - Help partners with account setup, document verification, and onboarding. - Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, payments, trips, documents, and app functionality. - Educate partners on Uber policies, product updates, and best practices to succeed on the platform.- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. - Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure compliance. - Contribute to a positive and supportive environment within the Greenlight Hub.Both Dutch and English language required.
