We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator who thrives on communication, organization, and helping drive business growth. You enjoy working with people, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from first contact through project delivery.

Required skills&character: Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take a 360-degree approach to problem-solving Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as the business grows. Commercially minded with an interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development. MBO / HBO / bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareFluently in English (Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement)

Your role and responsibilities: You support the Sales team by completing orders, sending product samples, keeping customers informed, and preparing quotations and documents You coordinate transport of our products, communicating between sales and production Handling the inquiry inbox, and incoming telephone requestsMaintain the CRM system Analyzing internal sales processes while doing them, and help to optimize them, making sure that targets are achieved together with the Head of Global Sales manager Responsible for handling and evaluating claims Support and professionalize our aftersales You ensure that everything runs smoothly
