This role is based on the creative floor in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol, Burger King, Praxis, Ziggo and Grolsch to name a few. You’ll be a culture‑obsessed creative, ready to come up with eye‑catching organic and paid social ideas that are designed to be discovered in the fyp and beyond. Your ideas will connect brands to communities and culture – not just adding to the noise, but building and creating real connections and driving engagement around organic social content. You’ll bring experience from a social rolein‑house, or in agency and be able to sell your ideas with flair and full ownership. You’ll be able to demonstrate this with experience including concepting, presenting with confidence and backing up your ideas with strategic insights, trends and data. You know how to pro‑actively anticipatefuture client needs, and keep a close eye on changes within the social media landscape.What you'll do

Deliver stand out ideas for organic + paid social (planned and reactive) that connects brands to communities and culture Present your ideas succinctly and with confidence to clients Concept, storyboard and write copy to bring your creative ideas to life View creative with a strategic mindset pulling in social trends, data and insightsAttend social‑first shoots Use data to optimise and improve social content each month Create all content to a brand’s TOV Work collaboratively to create high‑quality social content Notice industry trends and anticipate on them accordingly in ways that suit our different clients What you bring

Fluent in Dutch and Dutch culture Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Experience in social‑first ideas, concepting, design, copywriting and production Experience in Adobe Photoshop and basic knowledge of PremierePro Experience in using cultural trends and insights to create compelling social‑first contentAbility to create and present visually appealing presentations Ability to react quickly within a fast‑paced environment A sharp and chronically online sense of humor is essential – you’ll be crafting content that’s as clever as it is compelling A love for learning new things Great interpersonal and listening skillsHigh attention to detail Willingness to take ownership of your work Strategic mindset We offer
