We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Technology Support Engineer to join our growing IT function. You’ll be the escalation point for end‑user support across Microsoft365 and Windows environments, ensuring our people stay productive and our technology runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities&Accountabilities

Resolve escalated end‑user incidents involving Microsoft365, business apps, identity and access, and endpoint issues. Support device builds, deployments, updates, and troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Maintain and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, ExchangeOnline and other collaboration tools.Provide hands‑on office support including Wi‑Fi/LAN basics, printers, docking stations and meeting‑room tech. Work with engineers, infrastructure and security teams to improve service quality. Keep documentation and asset records accurate and up to date. Key Skills&Experience Required

2–4 years of experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows11 and Microsoft365. Experience with Intune or similar device‑management platforms. Solid troubleshooting abilities and a customer‑focused mindset. Clear communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Optional: Microsoft certifications (MS900, MD102, AZ900).Optional: ITIL Foundation certification. Optional: PowerShell or automation experience. Languages: High standard of oral&written English mandatory; fluency in other European languages (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, French, Luxembourgish, etc.) desirable.
