As Senior Risk Manager, you’ll be instrumental in achieving this ambition. You’ll report directly to the Expert Lead Risk&Strategy and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation. Your impact: This is not a back‑office role. As a senior, you’ll take ownership, influence decisions, and guide teams through regulatory challenges while enabling growth. Your responsibilities include: Lead risk®ulatory topics: Own and interpret complex regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFIDII, SFDR, PRIIPS, MAR) and translate them into actionable guidance for product squads. Be the bridge: Act as the primary contact for second‑line functions (Legal, Compliance) and ensure alignment across teams. Drive change: Participate in strategic projects, such as implementing European sustainability legislation, and contribute to ING’s vision for proactive risk management.Build knowledge: Shape and share best practices, fostering a culture of compliance and innovation. Balance growth ambitions with regulatory obligations, keeping ING’s investment proposition safe, transparent, and future‑ready. How to succeed?
