As an HR Officer at DeRegt, you will ensure smooth and accurate HR and payroll administration. You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This hands‑on, all‑round HR role is situated within a dynamic, technical, and international environment where operational excellence and a proactive mindset drive continuous improvement.About the Team

You will be part of a dedicated and informal HR team in a technical, production‑driven environment with an international scope. HR supports both employees and managers, ensuring efficient processes and a positive, professional work culture. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain personnel files and HR systems Process and verify payroll mutations accurately Coordinate sickness absence cases and liaise with the occupational health service Support recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy management and interview planning Support onboarding, internal mobility, and off‑boarding processesAct as the first point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees and managers Prepare HR reports and identify opportunities for process improvements Qualifications

Required

MBO level 4 diploma in HR or a related field; HBO level of thinking and working Knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and social legislation Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Preferred

Previous experience in a similar HR role Experience within a technical, production, or international environment Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working Proactive mindset and a hands‑on, no‑nonsense attitudeComfortable working in a direct and informal organizational culture Benefits
